Shipping and Handling charges which apply to each order vary depending on destination and shipping methods.

Where applicable, all online orders are charged appropriate sales tax. If you are a tax-exempt institutional customer, you must call us at 902-482-4680 to place your tax-exempt order. Thank you!
Return Policy
- We offer free trial sotware so that products can evaluated prior to being purchased.
- Refunds are not available for opened products.
- A refund for an unopened product is available within 30 days of purchase. All returns require an 'RMA' number. Please contact Premier by email or telephone for an RMA number. A 15% re-stocking fee is applied to all returns.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
