E-Text Reader has a powerful summary feature that works in English and French as well as a selectable English or French interface. Auditory highlighting ensures that the reader's attention is engaged. With full text edit capabilities, the user can add modify, delete or change any documents to meet their needs; or, type notes right into a document; and, insert any number of bookmarks to mark a place in the document for easy navigation to find exact places in the text.   E-Text Reader also allows users to highlight and extract text. Highlighted and extracted text can be grouped and sorted by highlight colour making E-Text Reader a valuable study tool. E-Text reader also allows the user to choose the voice which reads as well as the speed at which it reads.  Text is highlighted as it is read making it easy to follow along.

E-Text Reader is a reading application that does more than read. It offers many useful features that include:

• Compatible: Works with multiple File Formats including: Standard Text, MS Word (compatible with .doc and .docx files), HTML and Rich Text Formats. Cut and Paste “to” or “from” any program
• Conceptual Translation including English, French, Italian, German, Portuguese and Spanish
• Text highlight and extract with many extract choices
• Reading options :Adjustable voices as well as adjustable reading speeds plus ability to read one word at a time or continuously
• Bookmarks: Insert bookmarks to mark locations in the text
