Word Prediction
Word prediction technology is used to assist with text entry. It predicts the word being typed, as well as the next, based on word frequency and context
Word prediction displays a list of the most probable words allowing the user to select the word from the list. Word prediction can significantly reduce the number of key strokes an individual needs to make.
Confusables
Write Now assists the user while writing by identifying words that are commonly confused in the English language. As soon as the user types commonly confused words like “there” or “accept”, the words that it is most commonly confused with are listed on the right side of the screen
Word Assist
Word Assist provides assistance only when the user is struggling with the spelling of a word. When a word is misspelled, a word the word assist box opens providing a list of potential words.
Writing Analytics
The writing analyzer processes the writing and provides specific information regarding the grade level, and readability level. The analyzer also determines if any words have been used repeatedly as well as the number of times the word may have been repeated. The analytic tool will highlight every occurrence of repeated words and Write Now comes complete with a talking thesaurus to assist the user in selecting alternative words.
